Have you ever had a client ready to make an offer and you panic not knowing what to do or where to start?
Or maybe you open your computer after months of inactivity and realize how rusty you are?
Or maybe it’s taking you hours to fumble through the offer-writing process?
If this sounds familiar, our interactive class is for you!
Real estate agents know that this industry consists of A LOT of “hurry up and wait.”
One minute you’re bored, and the next minute you’re blindsided by a million time-sensitive tasks.
This is why our broker consistently emphasizes the importance of being PROACTIVE.
Nothing is worse than being in a time-crunch with an impatient buyer breathing down your neck, and you feel helpless.
Not to mention, times like these always seem to happen at the most inconvenient time!
The smartest thing a realtor can do is utilize their slow times to brush-up on skills and education. This is also the best time to setup all your technology and software so you’re ready and in the starting blocks when that day finally comes!
Don’t get caught slipping and lose a deal for yourself or your client due to lack of preparation!
Grab a friend and your laptop and join us as our broker walks you step-by-step through skimming a listing for important info, setting up your tech and software, and formatting all the main terms of a contract.
This is a very hands-on, technical class. We will be starting promptly at 9:00am, so please arrive early to park, grab a coffee, and claim power and desk space.
Doors will be closed at 9:00am *sharp* and late-comers will not be admitted due to class disruption.
If you are late, you will be invited to sign-up for the next upcoming “How To Write An Offer” mini-workshop.
The event will be held at Living Houston Headquarters. We are located near the Imperial Sugar Factory at 131 Brooks Street Suite 100, Sugar Land, TX 77478. For quick reference, click the Google Maps link below for a visual of our building so you don’t miss us! We suggest arriving early to grab a close parking space, or if our lot is full, turn left on Mill St. to access additional parking. You can also park along Gunther St.
A few additional reminders for our attendees:
If there are no confirmed attendees 48 hours prior to the event, Living Houston may reschedule or cancel the event.
