This class is designed to assist real estate agents in determining the motivational process behind consumer objections by introducing the relationship-building/collaborative approach vs. the transactional-traditional/combative approach. Through this process, agents will learn to view objections as communication opportunities, not obstacles, for engagement, resolution, and community-building, resulting in a high probability of repeat and referral business.
***According to HAR, full refunds will be given to students who cancel up to 48hrs before all courses. Tuition fees are non-transferrable. Class will start on time. Late comers will forfeit their seat and TREC credit attached to the class.***
